Icône by Château Montfollet – 2018

Inky dark purple almost opaque colour. Some new oak, toast, dry spices ripe apricot and blackberry notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with balanced yet high extraction, plenty of stuffing, integrated oak, crunchy dark fruit flavours and a very long dense finish.
