Il Botolo – 2017

Still a dark almost opaque colour but some evolution on the nose, gently smoky with black fruit, cherry, tobacco and roasted spices. The palate is ample with good volume, dense fruit and finely rounded extract, grainy tannin and a fresh acidity underneath, cocoa, black cherry and anis flavours leading to a long and meaty finish.
