Il Mosnel – Brut – NV

Clear straw colour with a green hue. Pure and floral nose with some herbal notes, lemongrass, ginger and some stony/chalky notes. The palate is bright and fresh with medium body, young fruit, a pleasant creaminess, spicy notes of ginger and lemongrass and a bright long finish.
