Il Mosnel – EBB – 2011

Clear straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose with rather young primary fruit, citrus, apple and pear with some mild spices. The palate is still youthful, lighter body, fresh backbone and a medium long finish, pleasant and crisp in a bright youthful style.
