Il Mosnel – Saten – 2012

Bright straw colour with a green hue and energetic fine bubbles. Fine nose, pure and mineral combining yellow fruit with some green notes like lemongrass, lime leaf and ginger. Medium weight on the palate, still appearing youthful with a bright and pronounced acidity, creamy mousse, freshly crushed fruit and some herbal spiciness, quite long finish, nicely balanced, yet youthful.
