J de Telmont – Blanc de Blancs – 2009

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and fine mousse. Pure and perfumed, still youthful with crushed apple, pear, citrus and some nutty notes. Medium bodied and fresh with some tannic/extract/phenolic presence, yet balanced with youthful fruit, crushed apple and lime with a fresh acidity and grip, and a medium towards long finish.
