Deep golden colour, rather tiny and mature bubbles, very mature nose, slightly maderized with hints of nuts, dough, croissant, sherry, honey and dried fruit. Bone dry palate with a gentle creaminess, mature and unctuous, nutty fruit, some hints of mushrooms, good length and a creamy finish, good level of complexity, but rather mature and ready to drink today.
