Pale golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousseux. A slight toastiness (oak?) on the nose, butter, mild spices and white fleshed fruit. The palate has medium weight with a youthful texture, creamy with a fresh acidity, youthful and restrained fruit with crushed apple, citrus and a medium to long finish. Still appearing youthful needing some time to open.
