Jacopo Biondi Santi – Sassoalloro – 2018

Medium deep ruby red colour. Youthful nose offering red cherry, dried tomato, dried herbs, and mild oak. The palate is medium bodied with a fresh backbone, youthful texture but ripe tannin, nice layers of crushed cherry, pepper and herbal spices followed by a long finish.
