Medium deep tawny towards amber with a slightly green rim indicating maturity. Mature and complex nose offering clove, pepper, liquorice, some balsamic notes, tobacco and a myriad of dried fruit like fig, prune and apricot. Warm and embracing palate, textured with fine extract, a rather high sweetness having "dried out" with age, nutty and balanced with moderate sensation of alcohol and a long lingering finish.
