Medium to deep tawny approaching amber, with a mature green rim. Intense, mature and complex nose offering roasted hazelnut, walnut, liquorice, clove, pepper, dried figs, dates, prunes, honey, tobacco, and some smoky caramel notes. Lush and intense palate with a balanced sense of sweetness, warm and embracing, fine extract and mild tannin with layers of sweet spice, patisserie, dried fruit notes, and a very long, compelling finish.
