Pale straw colour with a young and vivid mousse. Discreet and youthful aromas of citrus, lemongrass, white fleshed fruit and herbal spiciness. Rather light palate, a fresh acidity, youthful mousse, crushed apple, gooseberry and grape zest flavours, soft and creamy finish with medium length and persistency.
