Light golden colour with gentle bubbles. Pure and discreet nose offering ripe citrus, pear, plum and red berries. Full-bodied yet fresh palate, a bright acidity, young but balanced mousseux, darker fruit flavours, rather Pinot with the red berry fruit and pain d’epices notes, and a fresh grippy and rather long finish.
