Jaume Giró i Giró – Premium Brut Nature – 2006

Light golden colour with a gentle creamy mousse. Pure nose of fresh almond, herbs, chamomile and ripe pear with some citrus notes. The palate has medium body with a fresh backbone, good extract and flavours of ripe lemon, crushed almond with a creamy mouthfeel and generous length.
