Jaume Giró i Giró – Selecte Brut Nature – 2008

Light golden colour with fine lively bubbles. Slightly smoky and nutty nose with yellow plum, stone fruit and some nougat. The palate is dense and bone dry (rather extra brut) with good depth and complexity, still youthful and tight in a positive sense, nutty stone fruit, some toasted notes and a long creamy finish, should develop well in bottle.
