Spain,
Castilla y Leon,
Youthful colour here, not a lot of intensity. Pale straw, still a slight hint of fizz, indicating a pretty youthful wine. Pretty nose with floral hints, fresh herbs, lemon, lime and fresh green apple. Pure and unoaked style. Very vibrant palate here. Medium-bodied I would say, with nice zesty fruit. Melon and apple with those hints of lemon and lime. Classically dry so it leaves a good impression of freshness on the palate, even if the acidity is quite mellow and rounded. None the less it has good length and really youthful and vibrant fruit. Medium towards long finish. All over with a good drinkability. A style of wine that should preferably be consumed within its first two or three years.
