Jean Baillette Prudhomme – Rosé de Saignee – NV

Very deep rosé, almost red colour, intense and sweet nose, rather reminiscent of a red wine with hints of red cherry, plum and raspberry notes. The palate is rather full and chewy with red fruit notes, round and creamy texture, layers of fruit and spicy notes of pain d’epice, sweet rounded and long finish. Very special and rich style, very good but far from a typical champagne.
