Pale straw colour with a green hue. Layered nose offering some stony/chalky notes with fresh herbs, floral hints and white fleshed fruit. Good grip on the palate, a well-maintained freshness with digest fruit with spicy fennel/aniseed and citrus notes leading to a long finish.
