Bright straw colour with vivid fine bubbles. Elegant nose, pure with notes of ripe citrus, fresh butter, some riper stone fruit after aeration. Medium bodied with classic dosage level, bright freshness underneath and a mellow creaminess, good bite and length on the aftertaste.
