Bright light golden colour with a fine mousseux. Nuanced nose with yellow fruit, citrus, fresh butter and crushed nuts. Good grip on the palate, rather ample with a fine creaminess, crisp acidity, layers of nutty yellow fruit and a long finish. Well-maintained balance being bone dry yet with ripe fruit adding a sensation of sweetness.
