Jean Luc Colombo – Terres Brulees – 2014

Inky dark purple colour. Intense nose with good purity showing dark fruit like blackberry and cassis with some new oak, pepper and clove. The palate is dense and concentrated, still with a tannic presence, plenty of extract but no hard edges, elegant dark fruit, plenty of spices and a very long, intense finish.
