France,
Burgundy,
Clear and bright light golden colour. Very pure nose, rather mineral like wet stone. Discreet fruit, gently floral with lemon zest, some notes of white stone fruit. Very good grip on the palate, rather full, still without oak or any opulence, it’s rather pure, fresh and zesty, with a good core, still youthful and unresolved fruit, but a good degree of freshness and a long finish. Nice mineral intense and pure finish, no traces of oak. A wine that certainly is showing just a tiny little bit of its potential right now, with a few more years in the cellar it could really open up and find more nuance and more dimension. Very good potential.
