France,
Burgundy,
Bright, light golden colour, still youthful with a green tinge. Elegant nose, pure. There’s a slight minerality there, like wet stone. Quite ripe fruit there, with some yellow stone fruit, fresh pineapple. Palate has a good nice bite, nicely austere, and when I talk about austerity in a white wine I use it as a positive term, because it has that salivating, mouthwatering freshness, giving a good lift to that ripe yellow fruit. Light towards medium-bodied, but with a very good length, very good purity. Well balanced, already accessible, no hints of new oak, leaving the palate very clean and pure, waiting for more. A wine that certainly has the structure to develop, but I find it quite delicious already now.
