France,
Burgundy,
Bright light golden colour, slight hint of green. Quite lush nose, of ripe yellow stone fruit. Might be some wood here, some lightly roasted nutty notes. Ripe fruit, yet rather pure and precise. Palate is classically bone-dry, with a crisp acidity; rather salivating there, with ripe yellow fruit, ripe lemon. Medium weight, but good extract and a good length, persistent, with pure ripe stone fruit on the finish. A wine that certainly that will develop a lot more with further aging, but I like it a lot now for the purity and precision.
