Bright ruby red with a lighter rim. The nose displays butterscotch, a hint of oak, sweet red berries, and plum with a mild spiciness. Rather voluminous palate, a slight tannic presence but no hard edges, finely spicy red fruit notes with a well kept freshness and long finish. Could still gain roundness from further ageing.
