Pale straw colour with a youthful vivid mousse. Pure nose in a more elegant, restrained style, fresh notes of citrus, lemongrass, ginger and pale stone fruit. Medium weight, yet flavour intense with zest flavours of young fruit, balanced mousse and crisp acidity leading to a rather long finish.
