Switzerland,
Valais,
Youthful colour, still with a slight presence of CO2, pale rim. Aromatic nose with some floral notes; mineral, young white stone fruit. Very pure and fresh. There’s a slight sparkle on the palate due to that youth and slight presence of CO2, but something that will integrate fairly soon. Medium weight and already fairly balanced. It’s rounded in terms of texture, with moderate acidity; but bone-dry with crisp fruit, quince, fresh pear, some notes of grapefruit, and what I would call balanced bitterness. Fairly long persistent finish with very clean fruity flavours.
