Light golden colour with a mild creamy mousseux. Spicy nose with ginger, liquorice and pale stone fruit notes with some butter/yoghurt creaminess. The palate has a vivid fresh bite, bone dry with a mild creaminess, zesty yellow fruit and a long lingering finish. Still youthful and restrained but nice purity and bite.
