Jean Valentin – Brut Millésime – 2010

Light golden colour with a moderate mousseux. Pure and youthful nose, green apple, citrus, fresh almond and some herbal notes. Good grip on the palate, fresh and crisp, still youthful but balanced with a juicy acidity, mild creaminess and a rather long persistency.
