Pale straw colour with a youthful vivid mousseux. Youthful nose offering some toastiness (perhaps a hint of oak) with fresh pineapple, citrus and floral notes. Medium weight on the palate, a hint of toast/oak there as well, a crisp acidity, balanced mousseux with crisp citrus and yellow fruit flavours, leading to a rather long finish.
