Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue. Less varietal expression, lees, butter, crushed nuts, pale fruit and nori. Bright palate, crisp and bone dry with a slight creamy texture, fresh butter, ripe citrus, nori and crushed apple flavours leading to a long finish.
