Youthful dark purple colour. The nose shows new oak, rather Bordeaux-like aromas of cassis, dark plum, new oak and toast. An ample palate, dense and sweet fruit, crème de cassis and blackberry notes, still a good oak presence but otherwise rounded with fine tannin and a long exuberant finish. Give this some more time, drink from 2023.
