JM Goulard – La Charme – 2010

Medium to deep golden colour with an intense young mousse. The nose is ripe and mature, windfall, baked apple, almond paste, saffron and honey. The palate is rather full bodied and vinous with a fresh backbone, rounded fruit with toasty and honeyed notes, and a dense and lingering finish. A ripe, bold and vinous Champagne with good drinkability and maturity today.
