Joan Segura Pujadas – Excelsior – 2016

Medium deep golden colour with fine young bubbles. Rather ripe nose offering ripe tropical fruit, grilled pineapple, mango and nutty notes. Rather full palate being bone dry but with sweet and ripe fruit flavours, well-integrated mousse, a slight nutty complexity and a long finish.
