Johannes Zillinger – Revolution White Solera – NV

Deep golden colour with a green hue. Pure nose, yet in an alternative style with some freshly crushed apple/cider notes together with stone fruit, floral and waxy notes. Good grip on the palate, fine extract adding lift and freshness, pure with a bright acidity, dense fruit and a very good length. Alternative style but pure and digest.
