José Manuel Corrales – Viñas Viejas – 2022

Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure and intense nose showing ripe dark fruit, plum and cherry, with a mild oak-derived spiciness. The palate is dense and concentrated, balanced by a fine level of acidity, grainy tannin, still a slight oak presence and layers of ripe dark fruit, ambitious and well made with a long persistency, should be even better after another few years.
