Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose, youthful fruit notes, crushed apple, lemongrass and fresh citrus with some stony notes. Medium weight on the palate, bone dry and crisp acidity with nice flavour intensity, unripe peach with ginger and citrus flavours. Still youthful but nice purity and length.
