Jovani Vins – Berdié Gran Rupestre – 2011

Medium deep golden colour. Some vermouth like spiciness on the nose, sweet citrus and aromatic herbs. The palate is rounded and developed, still with a youthful acidity, some creamy and lactic notes, rather ripe and buttery fruit and a raw acidity with young mousse, not integrated with a rather austere finish.
