Julien Chopin – Les Originelles 1er Cru – 2011

Right light golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousseux. Pure nose offering some chalky notes, ripe citrus, pear and some floral notes. Good grip on the palate, medium weight with a fresh backbone, mild creaminess, almond and citrus notes, youthful but balanced in a pure Chardonnay style with good persistency and purity.
