Julien Chopin – Ratafia de Champagne – NV

Light amber colour. The nose shows some cellar notes, more spirit than must aromatically, a bit on the funky side, nonetheless interesting with plenty of spice. The palate is sweet with dried fruit flavours, clove and ginger with a sweet and candied finish.
