Israel,
Samson,
Light golden colour here, bright with a green tinge, still appearing fairly young. Pure nose here, with quite ripe fruit; showing off some hints of butter, vanilla, probably a hint of oak. More in the style of a Chardonnay, some ripe notes of apple and pear. Quite ripe and warm palate, this feels like a warm climate wine with a high degree of ripeness. You feel a slight sensation of alcohol. Then quite creamy fruit, it has some flavours of vanilla. Quite broad and lush at the beginning of the palate, the mid-palate, then slightly lighter on the finish. A wine I would prefer to drink fairly youthful, to enjoy that crispy, youthful fruit, and moderately long finish.
