Israel,
Samson,
Red wine with a medium intense colour ruby at the core, slightly lighter towards the rim. Quite intense nose, rather sweet, displaying dried fruit almost like jam fruits; like sweet jammed red berries with a mild spiciness, some hints of plum and quite discreet oak. Medium weight on the palate, once again this ripeness is quite evident, a quite sweet fruity expression with soft fruit like sweet red plum and red berry notes, with some mild spices like clove, ginger. It is more made in a more fruit forward style, with a looser, more subtle texture. Not a lot of tannin to talk about. The wood is quite laid back, despite that richness and sweetness of the fruit, there is a balanced freshness on the finish. So a wine that is made for quite early drinking, rather round and attractive.
