Inky dark core and a lighter ruby rim. Sweet nose of jammed dark berries, plum, liquorice and leather. Ample palate, rather sweet fruit, rounded extract, yet with a tannic presence, pepper, clove and mild oak underneath, long and spicy finish, mature with an approaching complexity.
