Inky dark core and hue. The nose is showing some maturity and high ripeness with some balsamic spiciness, pepper, dark berries, some meaty notes and toasted oak. Ample and dense palate, still youthful with rather high extraction and firm tannin, nice layers of spicy dark fruit, still a bit restrained with marked oak and firm tannin but should develop in the coming few years.
