Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue. Sweet and aromatic nose offering ripe mirabelle, pear, honey and wax aromas. Sweet palate with honeyed stone fruit flavours, mild spiciness and a rather long bold finish. Not dessert wine sweet but rather semi sweet for foie gras or spicy Indian dishes.
