Light golden colour. Pure nose yet in an "alternative" style with some lees derived and gentle wood aromas blended with ripe citrus, lemongrass and whote fleshed fruit. Good volume on the palate, classically bone dry with fine restraint somewhat reminiscent of champagne yet without bubbles. Nonetheless well made in a different style with good character and a long crisp finish.
