La Boscaiola – Vigneti Cenci Brut – 2011

Bright light golden colour. Youthful nose, still a bit restrained with citrus, green apple and vanilla notes. Light to medium weight on the palate, mild creaminess and fresh young fruit, a hint of skin bitterness and moderate finish.
