Inky dark core and a purple hue. Floral nose offering sweet plum, jammed red berries, some oak and butterscotch. Medium weight on the palate, fresh red fruit, some garrigue spiciness, still youthful texture with young but not harsh tannin and a fairly long finish. Still needing some time to open.
