Youthful and dense ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose exhibits young dark fruit like cassis, plum and black cherry with ripe herbs like sage and bay leaf with discreet oak. Very nice bite on the palate, dense and weighty structure with rounded extract yet persistent flavours and high amount of tannin adding a lift to the floral dark fruit, mild spiciness, crushed black currant and a long vibrant finish. Well assembled, still on the youthful side but should develop truly well.
