La Ferme des Sept Lunes – 2014

Medium deep golden colour. Slightly hazy, unfiltered. Intense nose with some evolution, slightly natural, non-interventionist style notes of stone fruit and apple cider. Good grip on the palate, bone dry and fresh acidity, medium weight, zesty and fresh finish, good balance and harmony, I suppose this would be called “natural” but it keeps good balance and drinkability without oxidation.
